1.Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using any PocketPlay Labs game, app, or website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our products.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use our products with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

2.License to Use

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games and apps for your own non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3.Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4.In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

Our apps may offer paid content, subscriptions, or virtual items. Virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Purchases are processed by the app store you bought from, and refunds are handled under that store's policies.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your app store account settings before the end of the current period.

5.Acceptable Use

When using our products, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party software to gain an advantage.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
• Harass other users or submit unlawful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our services.

6.Intellectual Property

All artwork, code, audio, trademarks, and other content in our products are owned by PocketPlay Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may create non-commercial gameplay videos and screenshots, provided you credit the game.

7.Third-Party Stores and Platforms

Our apps are distributed through third-party platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms are not parties to these Terms and are not responsible for our products, but they may be third-party beneficiaries entitled to enforce these Terms against you. Your use is also subject to each platform's own terms.

8.Disclaimers

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketPlay Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability for any claim relating to our products is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our products at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue a product. You may stop using our products at any time by uninstalling them.

11.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PocketPlay Labs is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.

12.Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
